Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sneakeruniverse20@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Contact us at sneakeruniverse20@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case TotalTeches will cover the return shipping.
